Q. DO WE SUPPORT/SPONSOR CAR OR MOTORCYCLE CLUBS?

Q. WHERE IS IT MADE?
A. All of our chemicals are proudly made and bottled in the USA. Jay and his team of detailers have worked closely with chemists and product engineers to develop the highest quality formulations.

Q. SHIPPING, COSTS & CLICK AND COLLECT
A. We pride ourselves in making sure your order gets shipped out on the same day or next day at the latest. Any orders placed during a weekend, will be shipped out on Monday.

We also provide Click & Collect from our Melbourne Warehouse Monday to Friday 11am-5pm. Choose the 'Pick Up' option in the Checkout page.

Your order normally takes only 3-7 days to arrive (pending any shipping restrictions due to COVID19).

We have a shipping flat rate of $7.95 for orders under $50 and $12.95 for orders over $50.

Each order has a tracking number from AusPost, click here to track your order.

Please note, all our deliveries will be left in a safe place on the premises if you are not available on delivery. However, if you would not your package left unattended please make a note in the 'notes' section when placing your order.

Q. HOW DO I APPLY TO BECOME AN APPROVED STOCKIST?

Q. WHY ARE OUR PRODUCTS FAR SUPERIOR?
A. Over the years, we’ve seen trends come and go in the detailing world. We’ve used every chemical available, and while some worked great, others did not. Instead of searching high and low for the perfect combination to help us achieve show-winning results, we decided to develop our own formulations. We spared no expense through the development process, and feel we’ve come up with premium solutions that out-perform anything else available today.

Q. WHY DOES MY BOTTLE LOOK SUCKED IN OR WARPED?
A. Because our products are made in the USA, when they are shipped to Australia, there is a change in altitude which can cause the bottles to warp or 'suck in'. The liquids will not be affected by this.
